Wilhelm Kuklinski

Wilhelm Kuklinski (born June 28, 1892 in Kiel ; † December 1, 1963 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

From 1946 to 1949 he was Minister for Public Education of Schleswig-Holstein .

Life and work

After attending elementary school , Kuklinkski completed an apprenticeship as a typesetter and then took part in the First World War as a soldier . After the end of the war, he took the gifted test and studied law and political science for three semesters at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel .

Wilhelm Kuklinski was married and had one child.

Political party

Kuklinski was one of the founders of the Socialist Youth Workers . From 1921 to 1926 he was a full-time party secretary of the SPD. After the end of the Second World War , Kuklinski was district chairman of the SPD in Schleswig-Holstein.

MP

Kuklinski was a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament from 1946 to 1950 . Here he was from February to November 1946 chairman of the SPD parliamentary group and from April to November 1946 chairman of the popular education committee.

Wilhelm Kuklinski was a member of the two appointed state parliaments and moved into the state parliament as a directly elected member of the Rendsburg- Nord constituency after the first state parliament election in 1947 .

Public offices

On April 11, 1946, Kuklinski was appointed Minister of National Education in the cabinet headed by Theodor Steltzer ( CDU ). In this office he also belonged to the state government led by Prime Minister Hermann Lüdemann (SPD) since 1947 . He left office on January 24, 1949.
