The canton of Monthois was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Vouziers , in the department of Ardennes and the region Champagne-Ardenne ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Monthois . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Patrice Groff was the last representative in the General Council of the Département.
