Kantow is a district of the municipality of Wusterhausen / Dosse in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district in Brandenburg .

The place is northeast of the core town of Wusterhausen / Dosse on the county road  6806. The A 24 runs to the east and the B 167 to the south . Northwestern extends the approximately 217  ha large nature reserve wetland Schoenberg Blankenberg . The Temnitz flows southeast .
