Capital Hill
The Kapital Hill (also: Capital Hill or Capitol Hill ) is a mountain in Bangladesh .

The mountain is located in southeast Bangladesh in the north of the Upazila Thanchi in the Bandarban district belonging to the Chittagong Hill Tracts of the Chittagong division in the Mizo Hills , a range of hills that forms a southern foothill of the Himalayas , about ten kilometers west of the border with Myanmar .
The next inhabited settlement is the mountain village of Thaikkiang Para, about two kilometers east of the summit at an altitude of about 540 meters.

ACME Mapper gives the height of the mountain as 933 meters, peak excavators as 915 meters. This makes the Kapital Hill one of the highest elevations in Bangladesh .
The nearest mountain, which is higher than Capital Hill, is Keokradong ( 980 m ) about 5 kilometers to the north , which was formerly the highest mountain in Bangladesh. About 7 kilometers west of the Capital Hill are close together the Thingdawlte Tlang , which is also higher than the Capital Hill with 944 m , and the Kreikung Taung , with 925 m is slightly lower. About twelve to seventeen kilometers from Capital Hill are the Mukhra Thuthai Haphong ( 954 m ), the Maithai Jama Haphong ( 966 m ) and the Dumlong ( 997 m ) to the northeast and the Mowdok Mual , the one with a Height of 1045 m highest mountain in Bangladesh.
