Karijoki ( Swedish : Bötom ) is a municipality in the South Ostrobothnian countryside in western Finland .

The entire population is Finnish-speaking .

In addition to the village of Karijoki, the municipality includes the villages of Alakylä, Myrkky and Ylikylä.
