Evijärvi is a municipality in the South Ostrobothnian countryside in western Finland .

Villages

The municipalities include Evijärvi, Haapajärvi, Inankyä (Enankylä), Jokikylä, Kerttuankylä, Kivijärvi, Lahdenkylä, Sydänmaa and Särkikylä.

Community partnerships

Evijärvi maintains community partnerships with Örnsköldsvik in Sweden , Pudosch in Russia and, since 1990, with Vändra in Estonia .
