Karl Mauve

Carl Mauve (born August 18, 1860 in Kattowitz , Upper Silesia , † December 7, 1922 in Lüneburg ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer .

Life

Mauve studied law at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University . In 1880 he became active in the Corps Lusatia Breslau .

From 1893 to the turn of the century he was district administrator in the Hadersleben district (1893–1900), North Schleswig , Schleswig-Holstein province . Most recently he was regional president in the district of Aurich (1910–1917) and in the district of Lüneburg (1917–1922).
