Kasberg is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Hainfeld in the Lilienfeld district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 23 building areas with 16,004 m² and 34 gardens on 116,963 m² in the cadastral municipality of Kasberg , in 1989/1990 there were 23 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 50 and in 2009/2010 there were 33 buildings on 47 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 234 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 216 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 237 hectares and 220 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 233 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 213 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kasberg is 27.3 (as of 2010).
