Katalin Anna Kulcsár (born December 7, 1984 ) is a Hungarian football referee .

She took part as a referee in the 2014 U-17 World Cup and was assigned as the fourth official for the 2014 U-20 World Cup a few months later. There she replaced the injured referee Carina Vitulano during the group game between Ghana and North Korea . In the adult sector, Kulcsár led games in the highest Hungarian women's football league , the 2013 Algarve Cup , the 2013 European Championship and the UEFA Women's Champions League .

In March 2015 she was nominated as referee for the 2015 World Cup . At the World Cup, she was the referee who was the first to show a player the red card : in the game between the newcomers to the World Cup, Ecuador and Cameroon, she sent the Ecuadorian team captain Ligia Moreira into the dressing room early because of an emergency brake . Since no Hungarian assistant referees were nominated, colleagues from different countries will assist her at the World Cup. a. the Germans Marina Wozniak and Katrin Rafalski at the game between China and New Zealand on June 15th.

On December 3, 2018, she was nominated for the 2019 Women's World Cup .
