Kate Lang Johnson (born Kate Banister Johnson , also Kate Miner, in Minneapolis , Minnesota , September 7, 1984 ) is an American actress and former model .

life and career

Born in Minnesota as Kate Banister Johnson, she grew up in Orange County , California . A constant companion in her childhood was the theater . She moved to Los Angeles after her talent was discovered in junior high school . There she wanted to start her acting career. Numerous guest appearances followed, including in Boston Public , Malcolm mittendrin , Drake & Josh , Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme and the film Fired Up! . Johnson appeared in two episodes of CSI: Miami in 2004 and 2009 , but each in two different roles. In 2010 she got a starring role in the NBC - TV series Persons Unknown , which, however, was discontinued after one season. This was followed by further appearances in the series The Secret Life of the American Teenager and CSI: NY as well as in the comedy Die Spoiled for Choice .
