Katenmoor, Schindermoor, Dewsbeeker Moor and Schapbrooker Moor is a nature reserve in the Schleswig-Holstein town of Bad Bramstedt and the municipality of Schmalfeld in the Segeberg district .

The 19 hectare nature reserve is registered under number 61 in the directory of nature reserves of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas. It is under protection on October 26, 1962. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Segeberg district.

The nature reserve is located southeast of Bad Bramstedt. It consists of four sub-areas. The northernmost of the sub-areas, the Schapbrooker Moor, is located northwest of the Bad Bramstedt junction of the federal motorway 7 , the Katenmoor southwest of this. The Schindermoor is also to the west of the motorway and is directly adjacent to it in the east. These three sub-areas are in the Bad Bramstedt area. The fourth sub-area, the Dewsbeeker Moor, which is located on the edge of the lowland of the Schmalfelder Au , is cut through by the motorway. With the area east of the autobahn, it is largely in the area of the municipality of Schmalfeld. The area to the west of the autobahn is in the Bad Bramstedt area.

The Katenmoor and the Schindermoor border parts of the landscape protection area "Bad Bramstedt (Bramerau-Osterau, Schmalfelder Au, Hohes Moor)".

The moor areas are predominantly free of trees with woody growth in the edge areas. Some of them have open water areas and some border on grassland and some on forest areas .

The nature reserve is looked after by the Schleswig-Holstein State Association of the Nature Conservation Union of Germany .
