Katja Krasavice (born August 10, 1996 in Teplice ; pronunciation: Krassawitze , phonetic spelling : [ krasa'vʲitsɛ ]; bourgeois Katrin Vogelová , occasionally Vogel ) is a German web video producer , singer , author and operator of the YouTube channel of the same name .
Life
Katrin Vogelová was born in Teplice in the Czech Republic . Her mother is also of Czech origin. Krasavice lived in Leipzig in 2014 . She had two brothers who have already died, one of cancer and the other of suicide . She grew up in the village of Liebschütz . In her youth, Playboy boys and Pamela Anderson were her role models. As a child, she said she was marginalized and bullied. Even as a teenager, she sometimes wore body-hugging clothing such as mini skirts and high heels. She later had an operation on her nose, lips and breasts and said in 2020: "For me, my body is something that I design the way I like it." In 2020, she described Cardi B and Nicki Minaj as role models.
Work and YouTube channel
When she was 17, Krasavice made videos in which she covered Miley Cyrus and uploaded them to YouTube. YouTube deleted these videos for legal reasons. Under the name Krasavice , which comes from Czech and means beauty or beautiful woman , she deals with the topics of lifestyle and sexuality in her videos on the channel that she founded on March 28, 2014 . Her trademarks are her surgically enlarged breasts, a provocative style of clothing and her heavily made-up face. For the first time in 2018 she published a pin-up calendar.
Krasavice's YouTube channel had over 1.3 million subscribers in December 2018. Your 180+ videos have been viewed over 400 million times.
Television career
In August 2018, Krasavice took part in the sixth season of Celebrity Big Brother , where it reached sixth place.
Discography
At the end of November 2017, Krasavice released their first single, Doggy , which was able to position itself at number seven in the German single charts in the week of December 1, 2017 . The fans who pre-ordered their song and sent Katja a screenshot to prove it were able to win their supposedly private cell phone number. On April 6, 2018, she released her second song Big Lips . With Sex Tape , Krasavice's third single followed in August 2018.
In July 2019 it was announced that Krasavice was signed to Warner Music . On January 17th, 2020, their debut album called Boss Bitch was released and reached number one in the German album charts. The first released single from the album Gucci Girl is based on Aqua's Barbie Girl (1997).
