Katzenhirn is a district of the Swabian town of Mindelheim in the Unterallgäu district and is about 5.6 km east of it.

The Augsburg cathedral chapter bought the place in 1486. Katzenhirn was re-parished in 1848 to Kirchdorf, now part of Bad Wörishofen . The town's Roman Catholic St. Martin 's Chapel was probably built in the 18th century.
