Kavaklıdere is a county seat and a district in the Turkish province of Muğla . The district is located in the north of the province and borders on Aydın . Kavaklıdere has 2,889 and the district 11,132 inhabitants (as of 2010).
The district Kavaklıdere was formed in 1991 and is next to the city Kavaklıdere three other municipalities and eight villages .
