Kenneth David Oswin Richards (born August 16, 1958 in Linstead ) is a Jamaican clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Kingston in Jamaica .

Life

Kenneth David Oswin Richards was ordained a priest on September 29, 1985 .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of St. John's-Basseterre on November 19, 2011 . He was ordained episcopal on February 8 of the next year by the Archbishop of Kingston, Jamaica , Donald James Reece ; Co- consecrators were Robert Rivas  OP , Archbishop of Castries , and Gabriel Malzaire , Bishop of Roseau .

Pope Francis appointed him Archbishop of Kingston, Jamaica, on April 29, 2016 .
