Keone Joseph Young (born September 6, 1947 in Honolulu , Hawaii ) is an American actor and voice actor .

Keone Young is the son of a Chinese father and a Japanese mother and was born in Hawaii. Since the late 1960s, he was seen in US television and feature films in numerous supporting roles. Since 2001 he has also been asked to speak in animation series and computer games.

From 2004 he played Mr. Wu in the series Deadwood . In the animated series American Dragon , he played the role of grandfather Lao Shi . Other speaking roles were Avatar - The Last Airbender or Star Wars Rebels as Commander Sato .

In total, he participated in over 240 productions.
