The Kettle River (also known as Kettle Creek ) is a 28 km long tributary of the Blueberry River in Minnesota , United States .

About the Blueberry River, Shell River and Crow Wing River it is part of the catchment area of the Mississippi River and drains a rural area.

The Kettle River rises about two kilometers south of Wolf Lake in Spruce Grove Township in southeast Becker County . It always flows eastwards through the Runeberg Township in the northwest of Wadena County and flows into the Blueberry Township , about three kilometers west of Menahga in the Blueberry River. The Kettle River flows through an ecoregion of northern lakes and forests, which grow through conifers and hardwood forests on flat and undulating ground moraines and sand .
