Kevin Conway

Kevin Conway (born May 29, 1942 in New York City , New York ; † February 5, 2020 there ) was an American actor and director .

Career

From 1967 Conway played theater in various states on the east coast. He made his Broadway debut in 1969 at the Brooks Atkinson Theater. Even after beginning his film career in the 1970s, he continued to play theater until 1995.

From 1971 he first took on minor roles in Hollywood films. Occasionally he played larger supporting roles in well-known American TV series such as Star Trek: TNG (1993) and Law & Order (1996). Perhaps his best-known role is that of General Curtis LeMay in the 2000 film Thirteen Days starring Kevin Costner . In 2007, he had a recurring guest role as father of a main character in the series The Black Donnellys . Between 2009 and 2011 he had a few guest appearances in Good Wife .

In 1990 he directed his only feature film, The Sun and the Moon . His work as an actor and voice actor includes around 80 film and television productions.
