Kim Jeong-ryeol (born September 29, 1917 in Seoul , † September 7, 1992 ) was a South Korean politician and lieutenant general in the Air Force . He, Choi Yong-duk, and Lee Geun-seok were the founding fathers of the independent South Korean Air Force. From August 7, 1987 to February 24, 1988 he was Prime Minister of South Korea .
