The team was founded in 2007 under the name Kio Ene-Tonazzi-DMT as an Italian Continental team . The manager was Marino Basso , who was supported by the sporting directors Leonardo Levati and Alberto Elli . The team was equipped with De Rosa bikes . From the 2008 season, the team drove with a Luxembourg license under the name Preti Mangimi as a Professional Continental Team . In 2008, the team rode on NSR (Nuzzi-Sport-Racing) bikes. Due to financial problems, the team was dissolved after the 2008 season.
