The church district of Walsrode is located in the middle of Lower Saxony and extends over the area of the old district of Fallingbostel, which existed until 1977 (license plate FAL). It extends between the towns of Lindwedel in the south, Rethem in the west, Dorfmark in the east and Bommelsen in the north.
