The kkStB series of tenders 8 was a series of tenders of the kkStB , whose tenders originally came from the Kaiser Ferdinands-Nordbahn (KFNB), the Kronprinz Rudolfsbahn (KRB) and the Moravian-Silesian Centralbahn (MSCB).

From 1871, the KFNB procured these tenders from the StEG locomotive factory , the Floridsdorf locomotive factory and the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik . In 1872/73 the MSCB joined in with 14 units from Floridsdorf, followed by three more from the same supplier in 1891/92. In 1873, the KRB also received six from Floridsdorf, which was followed by one more in 1877.

After the nationalization of these private railways, the kkStB classified the tenders as row  8 . The exact number list can be found in the table. The KFNB tenders remained assigned to the former northern lines  149 and  51 . The same applied to the MSCB tenders, which remained coupled to the  54, 50–63 and  103 series. The former KRB tenders, on the other hand, were allowed to be used quite freely with the following rows: 2 , 4 , 7 , 12 , 21 , 122 , 28 , 33 , 47 , 48 , 50 , 52 , 54 , 56 , 59 , 70 , 73 and 76 .
