The place Klötzlamühle takes its name from the mill located in the center on a branch of the southern Regnitz. In 1386 he was mentioned as "Kloczenmül" and belonged to the parish Regnitzlosau. At the end of the 18th century there was a mill with seven residents and two houses with six residents.
