Klaudia Medlová (born October 26, 1993 ) is a Slovak snowboarder . She starts in the freestyle disciplines.

Career

Medlová first appeared in August 2010 at the 2010 Snowboard Junior World Championships in Cardrona . There she won bronze in the Big Air competition. In September 2010 she won Big Air at Billabong Bro Down in the snow park . At the 2011 Snowboard World Championships in La Molina she was eighth in slopestyle . In March 2011 she won three FIS European Cup races and finished the season in second place in the European Cupslopestyle classification. At the Snowboard World Championships 2012 in Oslo , she finished 33rd in Slopestyle. She drove her first FIS World Cup race in March 2013 in Špindlerův Mlýn , which she finished in 40th place in slopestyle. In March 2014 she achieved her first podium in the FIS World Cup with third place in slopestyle on Kreischberg . In the 2014/15 season she also took third place in Stoneham in slopestyle and big air. In Špindlerův Mlýn she reached second place in slopestyle and finished the season in third place in big air and second place in overall slopestyle and freestyle rankings. At the 2015 Snowboard World Championships on Kreischberg, she won bronze in slopestyle. She came fourth in the Big Air competition. In the 2015/16 season she took second place in Big Air at Nine Queens in Serfaus and won the Ale Invite in Ale . In addition, she came seventh in Slopestyle at the Winter X Games 2016 and fifth in Big Air at the X Games Oslo 2016. In the following season, she achieved a top ten position in all five World Cup appearances. She took third place in Big Air in Copper Mountain and Moscow , and at the end of the season she was 13th in the Freestyle World Cup and fourth in the Big Air World Cup. At the Winter X-Games 2017 she was eighth in Big Air. In March 2017 she finished 24th in Big Air at the Snowboard World Championships 2017 in Sierra Nevada . At the Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 , she finished 24th. Place in Slopestyle and 23rd place in Big Air. After finishing third in Big Air at the World Cup in Cardrona at the beginning of the 2018/19 season, she was sixth in Big Air at the Winter X Games 2019 and at the Snowboard- World Championships 2019 in Park City Fifth in Slopestyle. In March 2019, at the World Cup in Québec, she took third place in Big Air and finally 11th place in Freestyle World Cup and third place in Big Air World Cup.
