The Clinic I, as regards hospitalization, an urban hospital (formerly Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases ), and has one of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich operated ambulance, as Department of Dermatology and Allergology is called . As part of the restructuring of the Munich Clinic Schwabing , the dermatological clinic located in Schwabing was relocated to Thalkirchner Strasse in 2015 and forms Clinic II. It is part of the municipal Munich Clinic with both inpatient and outpatient care. From 2022, it is planned to discontinue health care in Thalkirchner Straße, and to relocate and combine both clinics to Schwabing.
