The Kohlmühle is located in the Upper Palatinate North region in the northeastern part of the Schwandorf district on the SAD 38 district road from Bernhof to Gleiritsch . The Kohlmühle farm is located on the Gleiritsch brook .

history

The water power of the Gleiritsch brook, which rises near Zeinried, was used to operate the mill and cutting saw. The rerouted stream drove the mill wheel of the water mill . After the Second World War , the saw was stopped because it was uneconomical. The grinding operation ran until around 1970.

Tax District and Parish Education

The Kingdom of Bavaria was divided into 15 districts in 1808. These districts were named after rivers based on the French model ( Naabkreis , Regenkreis , Unterdonaukreis , etc.).
