Location of Hebenhof in Bavaria |
Hebenhof is a part of the municipality of Gleiritsch .
geography
Hebenhof is located in the Upper Palatinate North region in the north-eastern part of the Schwandorf district . The Hebenhof is a single farmstead and is now operated as an independent farm . The Einödhof can be reached via a communal road from Bernhof . The sewage treatment plant of the municipality of Gleiritsch is also located here . The Gleiritsch brook flows past the farm a hundred meters away and flows into the Pfreimd near Trausnitz .
history
The Hebenhof belonged in part to the possession of the Plassenbergers , but was also temporarily separated from the Hofmark Gleiritsch, and was "with all its one: and to belong, a peculiar allodial was separated from it" . Under the effects of various political events (Thirty Years War 1618–1648) and religious upheavals, initiated by the Reformation, the Gleiritsch estate and the Hebenhof were on the verge of ruin. Hans Melchior von Plassenberg , who owned the Hebenhof, “died in 1652 as the last heir to his name, gender, shield and home without a body”. In 1688 Johann Friedrich Freiherr von Kreith acquired the Hebenhof together with the Hofmark Gleiritsch on the Gant .
A confirmation from Johann Andreas Wilhelm von Satzenhofen on May 14, 1696 shows the special status of the lifting court. The certificate has the following wording (from line 7):
