Heinrich Gottlieb Konrad Heuduck , von Heuduck since 1823 (born April 6, 1786 in Teltow , † September 28, 1866 in Schweidnitz ) was a Prussian major general .

Life

origin

Konrad was the son of the Rendant and Councilman von Teltow, Johann Gottlieb Heuduck and his wife Charlotte, née Sannow.

Military career

Heuduck joined the 2nd Brandenburg Hussar Regiment of the Prussian Army on July 30, 1808 . With this he participated in May 1809 in the battle near Dodendorf , in which he was wounded. After the dissolution of the Schill Association , he was transferred to the West Prussian Uhlan Regiment No. 1 and on December 21, 1810 Heuduck was finally promoted to Second Lieutenant in Uhlan Regiment No. 3 . Heuduck was awarded the Legion of Honor for his services as regimental adjutant of the combined mobile Uhlan regiment during the Battle of Borodino . In the further course of the Russian campaign on the side of Napoleon's troops he fought at Tarutino , Malojaroslawez , Krasnoye and the Berezina .

He was raised to the Prussian nobility on September 5, 1823 because of his military services .

Most recently, Heuduck was in command of the 1st Cavalry Brigade as Major General . From that post he was on 13 March 1847 Board for disposition made.

family

Heuduck had married Mathilde von Harroy (1800-1851), the daughter of Lieutenant General Johann August von Harroy de Techreaux (1753-1820) on June 2, 1817 in Breslau . The following children were born from the marriage:
