The Rosenheim power plant is a run-of-river power plant operated by the Austrian Verbund AG . The power plant is located on the Inn in the municipality of Rohrdorf near Rosenheim .

The hydropower plant was built by Innwerke between 1957 and 1960 . Their successor E.ON Wasserkraft  GmbH sold the power plant in 2009 to the Austrian Verbund AG .

The system consists of a three-field weir on the west side and the machine house with three turbines on the east side. The switchgear to connect the power plant to the power grid is located on the east bank .
