The Krausenbruch is a nature reserve in the Kaiserslautern district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The approximately 28.3 hectare area includes parts of the communities Eulenbis , Rodenbach and Weilerbach in the community of Weilerbach .

By placing it under protection, the " Mooslauter valley floodplain with its reed, reed and meadow areas, shallow water zones and the adjacent grassland areas as sites for rare plant species and plant communities, as a habitat for rare animal species and for scientific reasons" are to be preserved.
