Kumpfmühle is a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Egenhofen in the Fürstenfeldbruck district .
The wasteland is about one kilometer west of Unterschweinbach . The place can be reached via the district road FFB 1 .
On May 1, 1978, Kumpfmühle was incorporated into Egenhofen as a district of the formerly independent community of Unterschweinbach.
history
In 1335 the Kumpfmühle was first mentioned as "Kuphmul" . "Kuph" ( ahd . Word for bucket , from mlat . "Copa"; vessel, bucket) indicates that the water wheel was operated with the help of a bucket . The basic rule of the Church had Günzlhofen . The mill burned down during the Thirty Years' War , was rebuilt in 1649 and suffered further fire damage in 1667 .
In 1812 there was a property that belonged to the Günzlhofen Church. The district court was Dachau Amt Esting.
In 1961 the mill was shut down by Josef Huber.
