Kurmhof was a district of the town of Pfreimd in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf ( Bavaria ).

geography

The former location of Kurmhof is about four kilometers southeast of Pfreimd am Kurmhofbach about 500 meters west of its source. The Kurmhofbach flows into the Naab about 6 kilometers further west at Perschen .

history

In the house and rustic tax cadastre of 1808 Kurmhof was listed as belonging to the municipality of Pamsendorf as an uninhabited wasteland with an estate and the owner Peter Hösl.

In 1811 there were 58 tax districts in the Nabburg Regional Court , one of which was Tauchersdorf. In addition to Tauchersdorf itself, Wiesensüß and Kurmhof also belonged to the tax district of Tauchersdorf. Kurmhof belonged to the presidency of Tauchersdorf.

In 1828 Kurmhof had two residential buildings, two families and 6 residents.

On March 23, 1913 (Easter) Kurmhof belonged to the Perschen branch church of the Nabburg parish. It had two houses and 7 residents. In 1964 Kurmhof was uninhabited and belonged to the rural community of Pamsendorf and the district of Nabburg .

In 1971 the municipality of Pamsendorf was incorporated into the municipality of Hohentreswitz. Kurmhof was now part of the Hohentreswitz community . On July 1, 1972, the Nabburg district was dissolved and Kurmhof became part of the Hohentreswitz community in the newly formed Schwandorf district.

Until 1978 Hohentreswitz belonged to the community except Hohentreswitz itself

  • according to the list from 1842: Aspachmühle, Bornmühle, Bornmühlschleife, Fuchsendorf, Herdegen, Stelzlmühle
  • and after the incorporation of the municipality of Pamsendorf in 1971: Häuslberg, Kurmhof, Löffelsberg, Oberpfreimd, Pamsendorf, Rappenberg, Tauchersdorf, Trefnitz and Wiesensüß.

On May 1, 1978, the community of Hohentreswitz was dissolved, and arrived

  • Häuslberg and Trefnitz in the Guteneck community
  • Grubhof, Tauchersdorf and Wiesensüß to the city of Nabburg. The name Grubhof was only given in 1979 and describes a wasteland north of Tauchersdorf. In 1990 Grubhof belonged to the Hohentreswitz branch of the Trausnitz parish.

The rest of the municipality of Hohentreswitz, i.e. Aspachmühle, Bornmühle, Bornmühlschleife, Fuchsendorf, Herdegen, Stelzlmühle, Kurmhof, Löffelsberg, Oberpfreimd, Pamsendorf and Rappenberg, was incorporated into the town of Pfreimd.

Kurmhof was uninhabited on December 31, 1990 and belonged to the parish of Pfreimd.

In 2015 Kurmhof is located on the site of the Upper Palatinate Barracks Pfreimd. The buildings have been completely demolished.
