The Lánský vrch (German Hubenberg ) is a 423 meter high mountain near Sedmlánů , Skorošice municipality , in the Žulovská pahorkatina ( Friedeberger hill country ) in the Czech Republic . At the top there is a huge wooden table with two chairs that can be seen from afar.

The unwooded mountain rises 50 m from the surrounding plain. State road I / 60 runs between Javorník and Žulová at the northern foot . The Vojtovický potok and Petrovický potok streams flow to the west . To the northeast rises the Kaní hora ( Hutberg , 476 m nm), in the southwest of the Dvorský vrch (459 m nm).
Surrounding villages are Dolní Les in the north, Tomíkovice in the east, Žulová in the south-east, Skorošice in the south, Petrovice in the south-west, Vojtovice in the west and Bergov in the north-west.

The gentle cone of Lánský vrch, like the surrounding elevations, consists of Friedeberger granite and Hutberg diorite ; However, it was used as pasture for centuries and there was no quarrying. Only on the western slope are there groves and trees lined with trees.
In 2007, with financial support from the Prague architecture studio ACHT, the youth group REZ built a giant wooden table with two chairs on the lookout point. Due to damage caused by vandalism, the work of art was repaired in Vlčice in 2009 and then re-erected.
The Lánský vrch offers a panoramic view over the basin to the main ridge of the Reichensteiner Mountains ( Rychlebské hory ) in the west and south as well as the wooded island mountains of the Žulovská pahorkatina (Kaní hora, Smolný vrch, Boží hora , Borový vrch) in the north and east, behind which the The peaks of Studniční vrch , Šerák and Keprník are recognizable.
