The Lézert is a river in France that runs in the Occitania region . It rises near La Baraque de Vors , on the municipal boundary of Baraqueville and Moyrazès , generally drains in a south-westerly direction and flows after 39 kilometers at Le Port de la Besse , on the municipal boundary of La Salvetat-Peyralès and Mirandol-Bourgnounac , on the left Tributary in the Viaur . On its way, the Lézert crosses the Aveyron department and flows into the border with the neighboring Tarn department .
