The Löcherbach , also called Locherbach , is a 8.1 km long right tributary of the Asdorf in Siegerland , southern North Rhine-Westphalia and northern Rhineland-Palatinate , Germany .
In topographical maps, the Löcherbach is often referred to as a tributary of the Winner (s )bach or its lower course is referred to as the Winnersbach . Its catchment area at the confluence of the two brooks is only 4.714 km², while that of the Löcherbach is 6.822 km² up to this point. In terms of length, the Löcherbach is also clearly ahead with 5.7 kilometers compared to 3.6 of the Winnersbach. Accordingly, the water management authorities run the Löcherbach as a main and the Winnersbach as a tributary.

The Löcherbach rises in the northeast of the central Victory Bergland counted Morsbacher highlands northeast of Freudenberg - Upper poles at an altitude of 380 m above sea level. NN in the immediate vicinity of the source of the Wisser Bach . The stream soon enters the natural Siegerland and flows mainly in southern directions. It flows through the villages of Niederstöcken , Locherhof and Harbach .
Below the village it flows at 238 m above sea level. NN with the eponymous Winner (s) bach coming from the right from the Kirchen district of Winnersbach ( 50.85639 ° N, 7.84635 ° E ).
After an underflow as a local border between Niederfischbach in the east and Kirchen in the west, the Löcherbach finally flows into the Asdorf from the right .
On its 8.1 km long course, the Löcherbach overcomes a height difference of 142 m, which corresponds to an average bed gradient of around 20 ‰. The brook drains a 15.190 km² catchment area via Asdorf , Sieg and Rhine to the North Sea .
