Adolf Eduard Löflund

Adolf Eduard Löflund (born July 23, 1832 in Scharnhausen , † February 22, 1892 in Heilbronn ) was a Württemberg senior bailiff who headed various senior offices.

Life

The son of a pastor studied law and political science at the University of Tübingen and Heidelberg University from 1851 to 1856 . After the second state examination, he came to the Evangelical Consistory in Stuttgart in 1857 and in the same year became actuarial administrator at the Ludwigsburg Oberamt , in 1858 he held a position at the Sulz Oberamt , where he became Oberamt actuary in 1859. From 1866 he also had this position at the Oberamt Neresheim , before he became Oberamtmann at the Oberamt Oberndorf in 1871 and at the Oberamt Kirchheim in 1877 . In 1885 he came to the Oberamt Heilbronn . There he was appointed government councilor in 1886 . During his term of office, Paul Hegelmaier was Lord Mayor of Heilbronn, who was highly controversial due to his administration. The Württemberg Ministry of the Interior expected Löflund to resolve the protracted disputes, but this could no longer live up to expectations due to illness. While still in office, he died in 1892 after a long illness.

In 1880 he was awarded the Knight's Cross 1st Class of the Frederick Order .
