The 2011/12 season was the 16th regular season of the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (until 2003 Ligue de hockey semi-professionnelle de Québec; until 2004 Ligue de hockey senior majeur du Québec). The seven teams played 42 matches each in the regular season .

After the regular season, the Marquis de Saguenay led the table. In the playoffs, however, Isothermic de Thetford Mines finally prevailed against Wild de Windsor and won the Coupe Canam for the first time in the club's history .
