action
Environmentally conscious Beate Brandl lives in a lonely country house in the middle of nowhere and looks after the endangered species of animals. Sometimes she observes beavers at their lively activity, then she takes care of the breeding of endangered owls. Her two roommates at home, Uncle Ferdinand and Uncle Franz, are also weird owls: Their biggest hobby is bare-breasted young women in the form of centerfold girls in corresponding printed matter. All of them are in the focus of Director Päffgen, the boss of a lignite works, because he has a burning interest in the house and the property belonging to it, he suspects that there are some considerable coal deposits among them.
Despite all the pressure on her, Beate does not even think about selling her property to Päffgens Bergwerks-AG. Other means are needed, the company boss thinks, and sends his employee Dieter, who is the company's advertising manager. The handsome, young man should make the young environmental friend beautiful eyes and bewitch her until she finally agrees to the sale. Päffgen promises him the hand of his beautiful young daughter, the blond Gaby, as a “reward”. Dieter goes to work rather reluctantly and tries to "get around" Beate on a short vacation in Rome. But she remains steadfast, and instead Dieter begins to see that he is fighting for the wrong side. When Gaby, who is de facto engaged to Dieter, learns of Dieter's alleged love trip, she is pissed off, and soon the tatters are flying. But Dieter has long since decided to change sides and now wants to help Beate with her concern.
