La Côte-d'Aime is a commune Déléguée with 803 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the town of La Plagne Tarentaise in the department of Savoie in the region Rhône-Alpes . It belonged to the arrondissement of Albertville and the canton of Bourg-Saint-Maurice ( Aime until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Coterains .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Bellentre , La Côte-d'Aime , Mâcot-la-Plagne and Valezan were merged to form a commune nouvelle called La Plagne Tarentaise in the equally new Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region .

La Côte-d'Aime is located about 29 kilometers east-southeast of Albertville in the Tarentaise valley on the Isère . Route nationale 90 runs through the village .
