Laliki is a village with a Schulzenamt of the municipality Milówka in the powiat Żywiecki of the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland .

geography

The place lies on the border of the Saybuscher Beskids ( Beskid Żywiecki ) in the south and Silesian Beskids ( Beskid Śląski ) in the northwest. The hamlets are: Krawce, Pochodzita (with a wooden church), Stańcówka and Wołowiec (with a school and hospital); other districts: Berkówka, Cerla, Kasperki (with the parish church, built 1985–1990), Koszutkówka, Kotłówka, Krutaki, Kubaszczyki, Laliki Małe, Obrót, Pawliczne, Piekło, Suche, Szklanówka, Tarliczne and Złamane.

The village has an area of ​​1360 ha (13.8% of the rural parish).

history

Until 1948 the area of ​​today's village belonged to the Szare and was called Szare Gronie .

In the winter of 1945 some bunkers were built there by Germans, where they resisted until late April.

From 1975 to 1998 Laliki was part of the Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship .

The Droga ekspresowa S69 (partly under construction) Bielsko-Biała –Żywiec– Zwardoń (PL / SK) runs through Laliki through the longest tunnel in Poland (678 m), the Droga wojewódzka DW 943 and the Katowice – Zwardoń (PL / SK) railway ).
