The Lamsenspitze is 2508 m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Karwendel in Tyrol . It has a prominent east wall that rises above the Lamsenjochhütte ( 1953 m above sea level ), but it is quite easy to reach from the south side (safety cable). A climbing garden has been set up in the east wall .
The normal route to the summit leads from the Lamsenjochhütte via the Lamsscharte and east of the Turnerrinne a via ferrata (the summit via ferrata was completely relocated from the gully into the rocks in the lower area due to the considerable risk of falling rocks, which increases the difficulty somewhat (A / B, point B / C). An alternative route is the Brudertunnel (also Lamstunnel ), a medium-difficulty via ferrata (up to C); risk of falling rocks. The Lamsenjochhütte can be reached from the Falzthurntal near Pertisau , the Stallental near Vomp or the Großer Ahornboden , the Eng from.
The ascent from the south from the Vomper Loch and through the Zwerchloch to the exit of the Brudertunnel and then further on the normal route is also possible.
The climbing route over the northeastern edge (IV) is also frequently used.
There is a small summit cross on the summit and a second cross on the eastern pre-summit, which can be seen from the Lamsenjochhütte.
