Oberliga Süd

The Landesliga Nordbaden 1948/49 was the fourth season of the highest amateur class in football in Nordbaden after the Second World War . It was located one level below the Oberliga Süd and, in contrast to the previous season, was only played in one season. The champions were 1. FC Pforzheim and second in the table at VfL Neckarau . Both clubs took part in the promotion round to the Oberliga Süd after the end of the season, but could not prevail there.

The VfB 05 Knielingen that SpVgg Sandhofen and the SV 98 Schwetzingen dismounted.
