Mönchengladbach Regional Court

The Mönchengladbach Regional Court belongs to the ordinary jurisdiction of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and is one of six regional courts in the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court district .

Seat and District of the Court

The regional court has its seat together with the Mönchengladbach district court in the same listed building complex in Mönchengladbach . The judicial district includes the cities of Mönchengladbach, Grevenbroich , Erkelenz , Hückelhoven , Wegberg and Viersen as well as the communities of Schwalmtal , Niederkrüchten , Jüchen and Rommerskirchen .

The District Court of Mönchengladbach is in the stages of appeal , the Higher Regional Court Dusseldorf superior. The district courts of Mönchengladbach , Mönchengladbach-Rheydt , Viersen , Erkelenz and Grevenbroich are subordinate .
