The regional elections in Vorarlberg 1919 were held on April 27, 1919 and were the first regional elections in Vorarlberg after the end of the First World War. The Christian Social Party (CSP) was able to achieve the absolute majority of votes and mandates with 63.8% and subsequently provided 22 of the 30 members of the state parliament, i.e. almost a three-quarters majority. Second place went to the Social Democratic Workers' Party of German Austria (SDAPDÖ), which achieved 18.8% and 5 seats. In addition, the German People's Party ran , which achieved 10.7% and two seats. In 1920 the German People's Party merged with other groups to form the Greater German People's Party . In addition, the “Independent Farmers' Party” ran in the state elections and received a share of 3.5% of the vote and a mandate. The Landbund für Vorarlberg emerged from the Independent Peasant Party . The "Democratic Economic Party" failed with 3.2% to enter the state parliament.

The Landtag of the XI. The legislative period was constituted on June 17, 1919 and in the first session of the Landtag elected the state government Ender III as the new Vorarlberg state government.
