The Langenicher mill was in Langenich , a district of Kerpen in the Rhein-Erft district .
The mill was first mentioned in a deed of sale dated June 5, 1290, when the canon of Kerpen Monastery named Godfried Carpensnauel sold the Langenicher mill with seven acres of land to St. Gereon Monastery in Cologne . After that the mill was no longer mentioned. It must have disappeared before 1587, as it was no longer mentioned in a site plan at that time. The exact location is unclear.
