The Lankau is a brook in Schleswig-Holstein. It rises in the Nienwohlder Moor nature reserve north of Hamburg and flows into the Alster on the border between Nienwohld and Bargfeld-Stegen .
The Lankau partially forms the border between the Segeberg and Stormarn districts . It flows through or touches the areas of the following places in Holstein :
