Lauren Bennett (born June 23, 1989 in Meopham , Kent , England ) is a British pop singer , dancer and model .

biography

Raised in the Gravesham district of southern England, she trained in dance and singing in Tunbridge Wells . From 2007 she was a singer with the girl group Paradiso Girls . Their debut single Patron Tequila (feat. Lil Jon & Eve ) was a small success, but the follow-up single Who's My B **** already flopped. Bennett left the band in 2010 to embark on a solo career. She was then on a remix of will.i.ams I Got It from My Mama and Cee-Lo Greens Love Gun on his album Lady Killer .

In 2011, she had a 30-second vocal feature on the single Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO an international number-one hit. In the same year she became an official new member of the girl group GRL , the follow-up project of the Pussycat Dolls . In December, she released a solo single, I Wish I Wish, via Interscope Records .
