Le Change ( Occitan : Lo Chamnhe ) is a town and commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Bassillac et Auberoche with 620 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Dordogne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The inhabitants are called Changeacois .
Effective January 1, 2017, Le Change was merged with five other municipalities to form the Commune nouvelle Bassillac et Auberoche. The municipality of Le Change belonged to the arrondissement of Périgueux and the canton of Haut-Périgord Noir (until 2015: canton of Savignac-les-Églises ).
