Le Mesnil-Hardray is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of Le Val-Doré with 74 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Eure in the region of Normandy . The inhabitants are called Mesnilais .
On January 1, 2018, the municipalities of Le Mesnil-Hardray , Le Fresne and Orvaux were merged to form the municipality ( Commune nouvelle ) Le Val-Doré. Le Mesnil-Hardray is a commune déléguée with 74 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) within the new municipality. The municipality of Le Mesnil-Hardray belonged to the Arrondissement of Évreux and the canton of Conches-en-Ouche and the Pays de Conches municipality .
