Nina Kruijer (born February 23, 1998 ) is a Dutch tennis player .

Career

Kruijer mainly plays tournaments on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , where she has won four double titles so far. Kruijer played her first professional tournament in June 2014 in Amstelveen . In 2015 Kruijer was No. 1 in the U18 in the Netherlands, and in 2016 No. 67 in the junior world rankings.

In 2016 she competed at the Australian Open in junior singles , where she won in the first round against Oana Gavrilă 6: 1, 67 5 and 6: 1, but then in the second round against the later semi-finalist Rebeka Masarova with 2: 6 and 2: 6 lost. In the junior doubles , she and her Chinese partner Guo Hanyu were eliminated in the first round. In August she reached her first semi-final at the tournament in Oldenzaal . She celebrated her first tournament win in September 2016 at the tournament in Alphen aan den Rijn in doubles.

At the BMW AHG Cup in Horb , endowed with 25,000 US dollars , she was able to defeat Carmen Schultheiss 6: 2 and 6: 1 in the first round of the main draw, before she again beat Rebeka Masarova 3: 6 and 4 in round two: 6 failed.

In 2017 Kruijer played for TC Moers 08 in the 2nd tennis Bundesliga .
